Who are Purple Haze?

Originally founded in 2009, Tracey Hayes began operations with a simple vision: to provide businesses with the opportunity to focus on what they do best. By providing on-demand support for all areas of business, she supplied companies with the freedom to grow, without the responsibility of additional employees, nor the weight of long-term contracts.

Since then, Purple Haze has been at the forefront of the virtual service industry, seeking to satisfy the increasingly varied list of requirements our clients ask of us. With each new role we develop the necessary expertise needed to meet the high standards our clients have become accustomed to.

But, unlike most companies, our aim is not to commit you to long-term, minimum cost contracts – this is what sets us apart from our competitors. Our contracts are pay-as-you-go, with no minimum cost and can be cancelled in as little as 30 days. We allow our clients this freedom for one simple reason: we are confident in our work, and we are willing to bet that you will feel the same.

When outsourcing customer services to a partner, you need to be confident that your customers will receive the highest level of service.

With a constant focus on training, coaching and development, we will work closely with you to ensure that we become your brand ambassadors – a friendly, mature and experienced customer-facing partner. Our team are also cross-trained on each other’s work to ensure we can provide year-round support, thus ensuring continuity throughout periods of holiday and sickness.

Due to the nature of our work we are used to dealing with deadlines and high-pressure situations. The team are all naturally very positive, supportive of each other and continually offer excellent customer service.

Any training needed to understand your existing systems, or the implementation of new software on our PC’s, is carried out at our cost.  We only charge the customer when we are physically carrying out the tasks we have been asked to complete.

Our offices are open from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday; and 9am to 1pm Saturdays.  The office is closed Saturday afternoons, Sundays and all UK national holidays. We offer an open-door policy, so please feel free to visist us whenever you need. A 24-hour telephone answering service is also available at an additional cost.
