The rate for our business answering service follows the same, no-nonsense approach as the rest of the Purple Haze business. We have one price, billed monthly, allowing you to control the expense and manage your budget.
Prices do not include VAT. We only ask for 30 days’ notice to cancel.

Inbound call handling
You will be given your own unique DDI number. This routes your calls to the customer service advisors, who then answer on behalf of your company.
A transparent service you control
All our customer service advisors are individually trained and mentored to deal with every detail of customer service. Each month you will receive reports detailing your call statistics; including length of call time, out of hour’s calls and who answered the call.
