Admin/Marketing Assistant Apprentice

Vacancy Description
We are looking for a motivated, IT literate individual to join the team as an Apprentice Business Administrator and Customer Support Assistant.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support for various team members; this will include data input in addition to producing letters and reports. You must have a good working attitude and excellent communication skills. You will be trained up on all of the key skills that are required.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following:

  • Answering telephone queries politely and carefully noting down each conversation;
  • Dealing with incoming emails;
  • Photocopying;
  • Typing up dictation;
  • Independent Research as instructed;
  • Record-keeping;
  • Diary management – booking meetings;
  • Arranging meetings with clients;
  • Taking notes in client meetings;
  • Filing;
  • Data input;
  • Updating and maintaining databases;
  • Help with marketing of the company;
  • Marketing through social media network sites;

Bookkeeper/Accounts Administrator

We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated person to join our team based in Exning, Suffolk. Full or Part Time hours considered for the suitable candidate.
Responsibilities:

  • Taking telephone calls;
  • Customer service;
  • Typing quotations and invoices;
  • Processing sales invoices, receipts and payments;
  • Balancing accounts (also known as ‘double book keeping’);
  • Reconciling bank statements against records;
  • Completing VAT returns;
